How hiring works here
A remote hiring process should be short, written down, and honest about money. Ours is four steps, and you know the pay range before step one.
Apply in ten minutes
Send a CV or a LinkedIn link plus two lines on the role. No portals, no 40-field forms.
Screening call
A 20-minute call on scope, hours and pay expectations. If the range doesn't work, we say so on the call.
Skills conversation
One conversation with the hiring team. Work samples over 60 minutes are paid at the role's rate.
Written offer
Rate, hours, notice period and start date in writing before you commit to anything.
What to have ready
A one-page CV
Roles, dates and outcomes. Skip the skills wheel.
Two work examples
A campaign, a research note, a bug report — whatever fits the discipline.
Your hours and rate
Tell us the number you need. It saves everyone a fortnight.
Questions we get weekly
- Do I need to be in Australia?
- Yes — every role requires Australian work rights, though you can live in any state or territory.
- Are roles PAYG or contract?
- Both. Each listing states the engagement type, and contract roles include the expected weekly hours.
- Do you charge candidates?
- Never. Employers pay our fee; candidates pay nothing at any stage.
- How fast is the process?
- Most roles close within two weeks of your first call. We tell you the timeline in the screening call.
- What if I'm ghosted?
- You won't be. Every applicant who reaches a call gets a written outcome, including a reason.
